Fixturlaser first introduced laser systems for alignment in Russia at the beginning of the nineties.

Since then sales have increased steadily.

Year 2000 became a record-breaking year with an increase of 150% over the previous year.

Russia's machinery is worn and torn, which gives low productivity.

Up till the late nineties there was little possibility of making accurate alignment due to lack of equipment and untrained staff.

Thanks to Fixturlaser's easy to handle laser based systems that do not require specially trained personnel, the industry in Russia can have accurate measurements and alignment carried out by their own staff, on location, and thereby increase quality as well as productivity.

"Year 2001 has started equally as well as year 2000 and we forecast a continued increase," reports Bo Baversjo, Marketing Manager of Fixturlaser.
