Patent database puts Korean innovations in English
FIZ Karlsruhe has added Koreapat, a new bibliographic file covering Korean patents, to its comprehensive product portfolio.
The collaboration feature was added in STN Anavist v1.1 in response to user requests only a few months after the introduction of the software.
Since its introduction in 2005, STN Anavist has been praised by users and reviewers for its integration of several modes of visualisation and its utility in revealing trends and patterns in research activity represented in database search results.
Peter Jasco in his Picks and Pans column in Online, January 2006, said: "The most appealing feature of STN Anavist is that it integrates the search and analysis-visualisation process".
"In STN Anavist you can search, then swiftly analyse and visualise the results in an iterative fashion, without losing momentum".
The software analyses search results from the multidisciplinary Caplus SM database and the databases Uspatfull and PCTFull. Request free introductory details about products from FIZ Karlsruhe, STN Europe ...
