Tough Pressure Gauge is accurate and
reliable

All other wetted parts are 316 stainless steel: the small volume of the capillary means that any chemical process seals still needed can be small diameter and therefore low cost.
All gauges have a 6 year Warranty - and are expected to exceed the life of any other pressure gauge, even liquid filled types.
3D gauges use an anti-vibration helix to stabilise the readings, and accuracy is unaffected by 150% overpressure.
Life tests have shown the unit maintains calibration after 250,000 cycles of 80% of scale swings.
The standard 3D product from Flotech is a 4.5" diameter gauge in an ABS case, available in several colours, and adjustable for front or back of panel mounting.
The pressure port is also adjustable for bottom or rear entry.
The Industrial Process Gauge range has scales from 30psi to 20,000psi (200kPa to 140MPa) with ±1% accuracy: the model is the TLG, for "Tough Little Gauge".
The Test Gauge range offers either +/-0.25% or 0.5% of span, and introduces a new concept - No "Tapping" is required to measure to within this accuracy!
