The gas mass flowmeter check calibration and validation laboratory at Flotech Solutions in Stockport provides a fast and traceable recalibration service for Brooks thermal and Coriolis type gas mass flowmeters.
Following a recent upgrade of the facilities, thermal flowmeters from any manufacturer, or other gas flow meters such as variable area meters, can be check calibrated in a clean room environment, using air, oxygen free nitrogen or other test gases.
These test facilities meet the latest international standards for semiconductor applications, and certification can be provided traceable from international standards.
The equipment available can be used to cover full-scale flow ranges from 3ml/min air or nitrogen equivalent.
Customer witnessed testing can also be scheduled.
Recently Brooks thermal mass flowmeters with Devicenet interfaces have been installed in significant numbers in various food industry and OEM machines.
The calibration test laboratory is also configured with Devicenet connections, to allow performance validation directly on these units.
