The Flintec PC6 stainless steel, weld-sealed, single point load cell provides the ideal solution for a wide range of industrial bench scale and process weighing applications.
The Flintec PC6 stainless steel, weld-sealed, single point load cell provides the ideal solution for a wide range of industrial bench scale and process weighing applications.
The PC6, which has OIML approval, is available in capacities from 20-200 kg.
The approval permits 30% load cell utilization for the full 3000 divisions and this, for instance, means that the 50 kg load cell can be used in 15 kg capacity scales with a weighing increment of 5 g.
This low utilization feature, combined with the robust design, provides enhanced resistance to overload and mechanical shock.
The welded stainless steel construction and glass-to-metal cable entry seal ensure the PC6 really does meet the IP68 sealing claims, allowing this product to operate in the harshest of environments.
The PC6 can be used in scales with a platform size of 600 mm x 600 mm and also finds extensive application in belt scales, overhead track scales, low capacity hopper scales and filling machines.
The rationalised output facilitates multiple load cell use, significantly reducing corner correction procedures.
Full CENELEC certification to EEx ia IIC T6 completes an impressive range of features.
The PC6 is part of Flintec's extensive family of stainless steel load cells and mounting hardware, ranging in capacity from 5kg to 100 tonnes.
