Flintec UK are introducing their new load cell digital junction box, which provides all the transducer electronics to power up to four load cells and produce a digital output
Flintec UK are introducing their new load cell digital junction box.
The DJB4, which is approved to 10000 divisions, provides all the transducer electronics to power up to four load cells and convert the low-level analogue output signal of each load cell to a robust digital output.
This cost effective unit is ideally suited to multiple vessel weighing applications and using the bi-directional RS 485A series interface, individual vessels can be connected via a network to a host computer or PLC.
In addition each DJB4 can also be connected to a remote display terminal to enable local operator interfacing.
The complimentary Windows-based software ensures simple and straightforward set-up for all parameters and prompts the user through set-up, digital calibration and corner correction procedures.
Analogue and digital filtering and two set points complete the comprehensive range of features for this versatile product which is housed in a waterproof stainless steel enclosure.
The DJB4 is part of Flintec's extensive range of weighing instrumentation and stainless steel load cells.
