Power transmission giant Flender reports an excellent first-time show at Hillhead in Buxton.
Flender Managing Director Nick Garthwaite was delighted by the high level of interest shown in the company's products and services: "We knew it was a good quality, well established show, but we were staggered by how many people wanted to know more about Flender, or who had sought us out because they already knew the company through its wide international links and worldwide reputation".
Flender worldwide has over 80 service and support outlets, a factor of crucial importance to companies operating in some of the world's most rugged terrain and challenging environments with equipment and machines that are constantly breaking new records for endurance and performance criteria.
Garthwaite continued: "It was extremely gratifying for us that several Hillhead exhibitors had Flender gear units or couplings in their equipment and plant.
These are major international exporters, with expertise respected the world over, and so we felt very proud to be amongst them".
