Flender manufactures one of the world's most comprehensive ranges of gear units, geared motors and couplings for the water and waste industry, and its capability straddles several continents, with service facilities in over 80 countries, and with products that are in daily use in the most challenging environments on the planet.
Well established in the UK, and with over a century's experience in gears, Flender is a specialist supplier to the water and waste industry, with many industry leaders as its customers.
Gear units are supplied for water turbines, screw pumps, thickener tanks, and combination drive units for filtration screens, to name just some examples, from Northern Ireland to China, and with many UK applications too.
Products incorporate the latest generation FZG helical and bevel helical gearboxes and Motox compact geared units, including eff1 approved models, along with an extensive range of ATEX approved couplings.
Flender gear units enjoy a formidable reputation for reliability, low noise and high torque capacity, and are widely used in the water, waste, renewable energy, waste management and power generation industries.
