The Micro-Optic Viewer is an innovative accessory for the ThermaCAM E-series of torch-style thermal imaging cameras.

The Micro-Optic Viewer takes advantage of the standard composite video output available with all Flir Systems' ThermaCAMs.

And as its name implies, it transmits a crisp and clear head-up display of the complete image in the camera's view.

This device provides two distinct benefits.

It extends the camera's use into relatively inaccessible areas such roof or floor voids - a benefit previously only provided by the high-end ThermaCAM P60's detachable screen.

It also provides an important safety benefit as it gives the operator full control of the camera's operation without loss of peripheral vision.

The Micro-Optic Viewer is designed to clip onto most type of wrap-around safety goggles so even if you wear prescription spectacles, you can still take advantage of this technology.
