Flir Systems, the world's largest manufacturer of infra-red cameras, is staging a UK-wide series of seminars.

In recent years an infra-red camera has revolutionised how we discover thermal problems The technology has become significantly more flexible and financially accessible to all and as a result applications for infra-red inspection are growing substantially

From electrical switchgear and panel installations to manufacturing plant and buildings an infra-red camera is fast becoming the ideal way to "see" faults.

The time and cost saving potential of this technology is huge but a good understanding of the subject is crucial to its success.

This is why Flir Systems, the world's largest manufacturer of infra-red cameras, is staging a series of UK-wide seminars.

As well as looking at basic technology principles the programme will cover practical aspects.

Can I measure temperature through a door panel or insulation? Or indeed what temperature is a safe temperature? The seminar will address these and other fundamental questions to ensure the delegate has a good grounding to make further strides into the world of infra-red.

The seminar programme runs throughout September and into October.

They are single day events starting at 1000 BST.
