Meter mixes and monitors
Meter solves performance variability problems for engineers using one and two part epoxies, polyurethanes, silicones, acrylics and polyesters in aerospace, automotive and civil engineering.
Kettering based Failsafe Metering International has set a benchmark for metering, mixing and dispensing equipment with its Puls-Meter technology The Puls-Meter solves the performance variability problems that have beset the designer and production engineer using single and two part epoxies, polyurethanes, silicones, acrylics and polyesters in industries such as aerospace, automotive and civil engineering

Higher efficiency and output from sewage pumps
New models in the AFP pump range, suitable for pumping of heavily polluted sewage in commercial, industrial and municipal applications, feature improved efficiencies and output
Traditional pumping, metering and mixing equipment is vulnerable to variations in metered output leading to imprecise ratio mixing and output variation at the point of delivery.
This product overcomes these problems by using an electro-mechanical metering system that accurately meters, mixes, monitors and records the volumetric output of single or multi-part liquids.
It has fewer moving parts than conventional metering equipment, cutting costs by reducing component wear and shortening maintenance downtime.
The relatively small and lightweight unit suits direct mounting onto robotic arms, delivering the advantages of point-of-application metering and mixing within the production system.
Managing Director Laurie Penn said: "Our Puls-Meter is the result of a lifetime of innovation in this field".
"With its unique ability to quality assure metering, it has set the new standard for best practice".
"With the Puls-Meter, designers and engineers can now use these remarkable chemical systems with absolute confidence".
