Beha's Hoover Dam Technology and Beha Innovation including Behabelt products and the Roundstone Ireland facility will be retained by Christian Beha, company founder, and operated as a separate company.

Fluke intends to make Beha and its German facility the centre of its European electrical business.
What attracted Fluke to Beha was the complementary nature of the two companies' product lines and their capability for bringing innovative products to market.
Fluke will continue to manufacture and sell Beha branded products through Beha's established agents and distributors.
"Selling a company you founded is never an easy decision", said Christian Beha, "but I want to see Beha continue to grow and the resources available with Fluke will make that possible.

Beha designs, manufactures, markets and services a complete line of electrical test tools including voltage, continuity, installation, appliance, machinery and RCD testers, cable locators, lux meters and lamp testers and digital tachometers used by electricians, industrial technicians and maintenance professionals.
Beha's worldwide headquarters are in Glottertal, Germany, with manufacturing facilities in Germany, Ireland and China.
