Thermal imager is very straightforward
to use
The new Fluke Ti30 thermal imager is specifically intended for infra-red preventive and predictive maintenance at industrial and large commercial property sites.
The new Fluke Ti30 thermal imager is specifically intended for infra-red preventive and predictive maintenance at industrial and large commercial property sites Infra-red thermography is invaluable to any maintenance programme because a radiometric, thermal image shows absolute temperatures across a full, two-dimensional picture, making problem identification faster and more effective than with a spot thermometer or other measuring device

Rugged temperature calibrator ideal for the field
Designed for process instrument technicians, the Fluke 724 Temperature Calibrator can test and calibrate almost any temperature instrument.
The rugged, portable Fluke Ti30 thermal imager is very straightforward to use, allowing maintenance organisations to conduct periodic equipment inspections on their own schedule using in-house staff familiar with the facility and potential trouble spots.
Combining a front line technician's knowledge with thermal imaging technology provides a powerful solution to identify problems before they cause failure.
The user can follow on-screen step-by-step routing instructions, which have been established during the very first inspection run, then he points, focuses and captures images of the identified equipment.
The Ti30 will store up to 100 images for temperatures in a range from -10 to +250C.
This leaves the thermography specialist free to manage the maintenance programme and to analyse the stored results.
Critical parameters such as emissivity, level, gain and palette, can be adjusted either in the field or within the analysis software.
The results are downloaded with data to a PC running Fluke InsideIR software for storage and detailed analysis and reporting.
New images can be compared with previous scans of the same equipment alerting users to maintenance issues.
The Ti30 comes as a complete kit with InsideIR software and one place on a professional training course and is now available from selected Fluke industrial distributors. Request a free brochure from Fluke (UK) ...
