Kit helps users troubleshoot equipment

The 87V/i410 Combo Kit consists of a Fluke 87V Industrial Digital Multimeter, a Fluke i410 Current Clamp Meter, an 80BK thermocouple temperature probe, test leads and clips and a soft carry case.

Fluke is offering a money-saving Industrial Combo Kit for troubleshooting motor drives and other electromechanical equipment, as well as plant automation and power distribution systems The 87V/i410 Combo Kit consists of a Fluke 87V Industrial Digital Multimeter (DMM), designed to deliver accurate readings even with difficult adjustable speed drive (ASD) measurements, a Fluke i410 Current Clamp Meter measuring AC/DC current up to 400A, an 80BK thermocouple temperature probe, test leads and clips and a soft carry case

The Fluke 87V DMM features large display digits and a bright white backlight to enable measurements even in very low light environments.

It measures resistance up to 50MW, capacitance to 9999mF, frequencies >200kHz and temperatures to +260C with the 80BK probe (to +1090C with other probes).

For 'noisy' equipment, such as ASDs, it features an innovative button that has released a low pass filter.

Whereas other DMMs may indicate a voltage higher than the actual supplied voltage, and frequency measurements may be erratic, the 87 V blocks unwanted high frequencies to provide accurate and stable measurements of AC voltage and frequency.

The thermocouple probe can be used to easily check whether overheating is involved in a system breakdown.

The 87V has a lifetime warranty and a CAT IV 600V safety rating, the i410 a CAT III 600V safety rating.

The 87V/i410 Combo Kit can be purchased from Fluke authorised distributors. Request a free brochure from Fluke (UK) ...
