Compact MCBs cover up to 100A
S280 miniature circuit breakers are claimed to be the only MCBs capable of providing overcurrent protection for equipment and cables up to 100A within a standard width single-pole module.
The reliable plastic chain technology together with advanced product development has enabled FlexLink to offer this as part of a range of standard products.
To celebrate the launch, FlexLink will be promoting a motorsports prize for visitors to their stand (M404).
Steve Pinney, Managing Director said 'We are launching the EM conveyor to specifically meet the needs of OEMs and machine builders.
They need functional, standard product modules plus rapid delivery and integration with other machinery - almost plug n'play conveyors, and this product has been developed to satisfy their conveyor requirements.' Also on the show stand will be FlexLink's XT conveyor - a twin track, flexible plastic chain pallet conveyor.
The system is well suited for manual and automatic assembly and test systems in the automotive and electrical/electronics industries.
The modular concept allows simplified engineering and ordering as well as fast configuration.
It requires a minimum of maintenance and is easily adjustable.
The FlexLink range of linear drive units provide a flexible, reusable and modular platform for light to medium assembly tasks within all major industries.
The range combines a mix of units designed for horizontal or vertical movements, together with a choice of belt or screw drive as well as prism, ball or wheel guide technologies.
The last strings to FlexLink*s aluminium bow at this event are components and structural systems XC, XD and XF.
XC offers sturdy components with high load capacity for static and linear motion systems and also offers easy interfacing to the FlexLink conveyor and linear drive unit product lines.
XD focuses on compact, light automation applications and consists of a comprehensive range of standard components and ready-made functional units for linear and rotary motion.
XF consists of light, sturdy components with the emphasis on building enclosures.
Application examples include frameworks, workbenches, special machinery, pick and place units and gantry robots.
