Relay and timer manufacturer Finder has launched a miniature PCB relay suitable for use in a wide range of industrial applications and electronic appliances.

Relay and timer manufacturer Finder has launched a miniature PCB relay suitable for use in a wide range of industrial applications and electronic appliances.

Rated at 10A 250v, the 44.62 Series relay is a DPDT device intended for use on PCBs where high currents are involved and space is at a premium.

Standard and high sensitivity versions are available.

With dimensions of just 25X12.4x29mm, the 44.62 Series relay features tin plated connection pins which deliver greater connectivity and reliability when this versatile relay is mounted directly into a PCB or via a socket.

When used in conjunction with the socket, a clip is employed to securely retain the relay in place.

Reliability of the 44.62 Series is enhanced due to the silver tin oxide contacts, which offer the highest resistance to arcing and welding.

With an 8mm distance between coil and contacts, the relay meets the needs of VDE0700, and a protection of IP40 is similarly achieved.

Finder's 44.62 Series conforms to many international approvals, including CSA, SEV, UL and VDE.

Dielectric strength between adjacent contacts is 2000V, providing an excellent level of isolation.

The relay is ideal for use in a wide range of industrial applications including control and automation systems, machinery, electronic appliances and white goods.

With an impressive electrical life of 100,000 operations at full-load and a wide operating temperature of -40øC to +85øC, the unit can be confidently installed into harsh environments.
