High-speed robot works in tight
environments

The LR Mate 200iC has a rigidly constructed lightweight arm which enables it to be positioned in confined spaces.

A new compact and high-speed robot, suitable for integration into special purpose machinery has been introduced by Fanuc Robotics The LR Mate 200iC has a rigidly constructed lightweight arm which enables it to be positioned in confined spaces subject to regular maintenance and product change-overs

Providing a straight-forward alternative to dedicated automation solutions, the six-axis LR Mate 200iC will handle a payload of 5kg.

Operating with a 1kg payload, the robot can perform the industry standard bench test (25mm up by 300mm across by 25mm down) in 0.49 seconds, providing speeds suitable for high speed picking and packing.

The slim line arm of the LR Mate 200iC, weighing 27kg, can be mounted upside down, from a side-mounted position or conventionally base-mounted.

Its low weight and mounting options allow integrators to design machines with easy access to reduce lost production time when re-tooling or carrying out maintenance procedures.

Flexibility of operation is offered by the robots large working envelope.

Its 700mm reach and six axes allow a wide choice of picking and placing options for products.

The Fanuc Robotics LR Mate 200iC is controlled by a compact R-30iA controller, Fanuc's latest generation of intelligent controller with integrated vision and multi-arm control options. Request a free brochure from Fanuc Robotics (UK) ...
