The Deltaflow integrating-pitot tube flowmeter, from Flowline Manufacturing, is intended for accurate measurement of flow using differential pressure measurement.
Distinguished from conventional designs by a unique tube profile, which features acceleration turns and sharp outline edges, and manufactured to a tolerance of only 0.05mm, the Deltaflow instrument offers extreme accuracy in the measurement of gases (condensating or dry), steam (including high pressure) and liquids carried in large-diameter pipelines.
The instrument has also been used successfully on flue gas emission monitoring and conforms to the relevant TA Luft air quality regulations.
Available in a wide choice of materials and with optional temperature and pressure instrumentation, there are three basic models, varying in accordance with internal diameter of pipeline or stack, operating conditions and flow media.
Installation time and costs are minimal compared to other methods of DP flow measurement.
