Available now from Fozmula, the Rough Rider electronic fuel level sensor is designed and manufactured in the USA by Rochester Gauges of Dallas, Texas.

The Rough Rider represents the ultimate in quality, reliability and performance that has been proven during many years of service, and is the market leader in many US industries.

A number of innovative features combine to make this one of the most advanced swing arm electronic senders available today.

Massive double-ended bearings provide maximum support to the float arm subassembly in high vibration and high impact applications.

Contact forces against the ceramic resistor card are closely controlled and are unaffected by the movement of the float arm due to jarring of the tank or fluid slosh.

Dual silver wiper contacts bridge the ground path and resistance pad circuit.

Materials are carefully selected to minimise the galvanic voltage potential that exists between dissimilar metals thereby reducing the potential for galvanic or electrolytic corrosion.

The sensor is available in standard 240-30, 0-90 and 10-180ohm resistance matches and supplied complete with a factory preformed float arm suitable for adjustment to fit tank depths from 150 to 600mm.
