Frost and Sullivan will host its prestigious 2006 Industrial Excellence Awards Banquet on Thursday 21st September 2006, at the Waldorf Hilton Aldwych Hotel, London.

At the banquet, companies will be honoured for their business achievements in a variety of regional and global industrial markets.

Awards will be presented across the industrial automation and electronics, energy and power supply systems and environment and building technologies sectors.

The companies commended as award winners are those with the diligence, perseverance, and dedication required to develop a successful business plan and excel in the increasingly competitive global marketplace.

Commencing the evening's proceedings will be a champagne reception.

Following the welcome address by Gary Jeffery, European Director of Operations, Frost and Sullivan, Matthew Hill, leading coach, consultant and intercultural trainer for multinational businesses will deliver the predinner speech.

Following their accession into the EU, countries in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) are rapidly moving to fulfil their exciting growth potential across a wide spectrum of industrial markets.

Drawing on his vast experience of business practices in the CEE region, Hill will provide a snapshot of both the emerging opportunities in the region, as well as the strategic issues within the context of cultural, social, political and economic challenges.

He will examine how these dynamics will impact on industrial players now and in the future.

Thereafter, the evening's highlight - a glittering Awards presentation ceremony - will recognise top achievers across a range of industries.
