Royal Products, a supplier of Metalworking Accessories, is offering a range of CNC Bar Pullers.
Royal CNC bar pullers can be used to automate any CNC lathe or turning centre.
Bar pullers improve productivity by enabling CNC lathes to run unattended, freeing up operators to handle other tasks.
Royal CNC bar pullers require minimal setup, and can be easily fit to any CNC lathe.
The average cost of a Royal bar puller is $600 (?360), compared to $10,000 (?6,070) - $30,000 (?18,200) for a bar feeder.
Royal bar pullers are easier to set up and use as they require no electrical interface with the machine tool control and can be easily be moved from machine to machine as jobs require.
Shank sizes are available Square 3/4 and 1in or Round from 1in diameter up to 1.5in.
Gripping Range is from 1/8in up to 6.5in depending on the Model.
