Blow-Off Station removes coolant, chips and dust

A Royal Products product story

The Blow-Off Station from Royal Products is suitable for the removal of coolant, chips and dust from workpieces and other components.

The Royal Blow-Off Station accepts parts as large as 12in x 12in x 12in and features a downdraft extraction system that activates when the operator steps on the foot pedal.

This creates a suction that draws debris into an internal collection chamber.

An OSHA-compliant air gun provides secondary cleaning power to help dislodge stubborn particles.

This air gun can only be operated if the extraction unit is working, preventing harmful contaminants from being propelled into the atmosphere.

The Royal Blow-Off Station does not use electricity - it is powered by a standard 1/4in shop airline and has minimal air consumption requirements.

Rear wheels and a balanced design make this unit highly portable; either keep it in a fixed location or move it around the shop as needed.

With its all-steel construction and durable powder-coated finish, the Royal Blow-Off Station is built to withstand years of heavy industrial use.
