The new 7300 Generator and 7080 Bar provide a safe, controllable, reliable and cost-effective method of generating static charge.

Static electricity is used increasingly as a method of temporary adhesion in plastics and packaging applications.

It is a clean method of adhesion which does not require adhesives.

Fraser Anti-Static Techniques has launched the new 7300 Static Generator and 7080 Generator Bar, which offer many advantages over existing systems.

The new 7300 Generator and 7080 Bar provide a safe, controllable, reliable and cost-effective method of generating static charge.

The 7300 is designed to be adjustable from 0-30kV allowing full control for optimal performance.

It is overload, short-circuit and spark protected for market leading reliability.

It produces 1mAmp of current.

The new 7080 Generator Bar is compact and has nylon mounting studs which slide in the integrated T slot for easy installation.

The emitter pitch of 10mm gives an even application of static charge without the striping effect common in other bars.

Fraser Static Generators will be used for pinning plastic sheets and webs, bag making, lamination, overwrapping, labelling, interleaving protective layers between steel sheets, and other areas of temporary adhesion.
