The Super80 bar has stay-sharp emitters at a 15mm pitch, which are designed to give the maximum ionisation intensity and performance with completely shockless operation.

Fraser Anti-Static Techniques is launching the Super80 static elimination system, designed to provide high performance and reliability on modern machinery with speeds in excess of 1000m/min.

The Super80 bar has stay-sharp emitters at a 15mm pitch, which are designed to give the maximum ionisation intensity and performance with completely shockless operation.

With a fully encapsulated electrical assembly the Super80 bars are completely waterproof.

Specially designed, high-flexibility cable has had in-depth testing to be suited to the most robust applications in industry, including four million movements on robot arms.

The HP80 power supply produces high voltage and low current in a controlled and safe way.

With an optional remote monitoring system it is easy to see the bars are working and when they require cleaning.

The system has an IP54 rated construction and cable connectors.

The Super80 bars are available in lengths of up to 6m with a two-year guarantee and are fully CE and UL-certified.
