Series Z Mini-Slides are pneumatically actuated, double acting units available in two sizes with twin bores of 8 or 16mm and a stroke range from 25 to 150mm

Speed, smoothness, precision and modularity are the key features of the Mini-Slides, series Z The new product is complimentary to and compatible with the design award winning larger "Gimapick" handling units

The two part components are made from low weight extruded aluminium.

The rigid top slide has a solid tool mounting plate and is supported with two integrated steel guide rods.

The unique motion interface together with the adjustable recirculating ball bearings ensures low friction movement, maintenance free operation and carries a 10m cycles manufacturers warranty.

The pneumatically actuated, double acting units are available in two sizes with twin bores of 8 or 16 mm and a stroke range from 25 to 150 mm.

Two, stroke adjustable versions are on offer, one without and one with shock absorbers of which the latter provides a repeatability of +/- 0.02mm.

Optional magnetic sensors can be fitted externally to receive end of stroke signals.

The slides are completely modular and no interface plates are required enabling to assemble low cost multi axis pick and place units quickly and easily.
