The Fastener Fair for the UK and Ireland returns to the Midlands next year, taking place in the heart of the UK's automotive production region in the brand new, purpose-built Coventry Arena.
The Fastener Fair for the UK and Ireland returns to the Midlands next year, taking place in the heart of the UK's automotive production region in the brand new, purpose-built Coventry Arena on Wednesday 5th and Thursday 6th April 2006.
Called Fastener Fair Coventry, the event has already attracted almost 100 exhibitors, and Organiser Jerry Ramsdale is confident that number will continue to grow and beat previous exhibitor records.
He bases his confidence on two factors: "Firstly, following the very successful introduction in September of Fastener Fair Stuttgart for the international market, Fastener Fair Coventry is now the only fastener and fixing show dedicated exclusively to the markets of the UK and Ireland", says Ramsdale.
"Secondly", he continues, "because the UK- and German-based shows will now run in alternate years for the benefit of visitors and exhibitors alike, if anyone who came to the show last time doesn't attend next year, it means they'll have to wait four years before the next show".
"In today's fast-moving and highly competitive marketplace, no company can afford to be invisible for that long".
Ramsdale is confident that the 2006 show will attract impressive numbers of professional buyers too, as a result of continuous development of the visitor database.
"In addition", Ramsdale explains, "the show's marketing has been extended into new industrial areas and towards new types of professional buyers".
Ramsdale concludes: "As the showcase dedicated exclusively to the fastener and fixing sector in the UK and Ireland, Fastener Fair Coventry will provide the industry with an unrivalled opportunity to see a range of specialist suppliers in one place and at one time".
