FA-ST has recently been appointed as a UK installer and distributor for the Kleenoil product range of oil filtration bypass units, filters and filter rigs.

FA-ST has recently been appointed as a UK installer and distributor for the Kleenoil product range of oil filtration bypass units, filters and filter rigs FA-ST and Kleenoil have 29 years of hydraulic related experience within the engineering, quarrying, mining, construction, transport, and manufacturing industries, and are based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire and South Milford near Leeds

FA-ST offers a full "on site service", to all users of hydraulic operated machinery and also offers complete maintenance service packages.

Services include oil sampling and analysis, particle counting, filtration solutions, system cleaning and flushing, filter rig sales and hire, and installations of oil bypass filter units.

Filter units can be fitted to all types of hydraulics, engines, transmissions, gearboxes, diesel lines and many other applications.

All installations include a free particle count and a free oil sample.

Service contracts are available for oil sampling and analysis, oil filtration and preventive maintenance and are tailored to individual company requirements.

More than 70% of hydraulic failures and up to a 20% drop in system performance are attributed to oil contamination.

Water ingress causes bacterial growth, cavitations, oil discoloration and foaming, and contributes to rust particles being absorbed into a system.

All contamination, results in excessive wear on machinery components and if unchecked, a wear chain reaction begins which increases the possibility of expensive component failures.

FA-ST offers a solution to machinery contamination problems.

A recent installation of a hydraulic oil bypass unit has proved to be a big success on a DTH ("down the hole") drill rig with an ISO particle count of 29/23 prior to installation, reducing to 17/13 in 6 weeks and a total removal of water contamination.

Contamination Control presentations and training modules are also available for staff and employees of companies.
