Graphalloy 845 series pillow blocks provide solutions for troublesome ball-bearing pillow blocks.

Graphalloy 845 series pillow blocks provide solutions for troublesome ball-bearing pillow blocks.

The 845s are capable of handling temperatures from -400 to +1000F, have no lubricant to wash away under washdown conditions, bake or melt due to high temperatures and can operate submerged.

Self-lubricating Graphalloy pillow blocks eliminate the costs of relubrication and constant maintenance.

The 845 series of inserts and housings are dimensionally interchangeable with most standard ball bearing inserts and pillow block housings.

An alloy of carbon graphite and metal, Graphalloy provides install and forget service for troublesome bearing applications.

Duct dampers, high temperature conveyors, ovens, food applications (FDA approved), kilns and dryers are all applications where Graphalloy has improved productivity and reduced maintenance costs.
