Sealing company increases UK investment
Flexitallic has announced a further GBP 600,000 capital investment programme for its UK headquarters and manufacturing facility based in Cleckheaton.

Kelshaw brings with him considerable experience of marketing sealing products into the European oil and gas, marine diesel and power generation industries.
In addition to the expanded sales team, a further GBP 600,000 capital investment programme for its UK headquarters and manufacturing facility based in Cleckheaton confirms Flexitallic's commitment to supporting and developing its Eastern Hemisphere customer base.
Phil Kelshaw commented "Flexitallic has enjoyed year on year growth for the past 10 years and has still to reach its full potential".
"We are undertaking this investment programme as well as strengthening our customer support services through sales and engineering recruitment".
Supporting Phil is Darren Turner in the new role of International Sales and Marketing Manager, Alex Lattimer as UK Sales Manager and Anthea Law-Green as Internal Sales Manager.
With these additional appointments Flexitallic aims to strengthen its Allied Distributor network, for added customer support throughout the Eastern Hemisphere.
"Our Cleckheaton facility is responsible for the Eastern Hemisphere manufacturing, sales and engineering of Flexitallic products and is well positioned for future growth", continued Phil Kelshaw.
"Coupled with innovative products and a globally acknowledged high-quality product range, we can resolve our customers sealing problems and reduce the risk to our customers processes, personnel and the environment".
The product range includes specialised seals capable of withstanding high temperatures suitable for critical production processes.
In addition structurally modified PTFE polymer seals also provide a wide temperature range, thus increasing their application suitability and ensuring minimal plant stock holding, maintenance and downtime.
