Pressure sensors tolerate industrial hazards

A Futek Advanced Sensor Technology product story
Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team Jun 20, 2008

Futek's PMP300 pressure sensor has an all stainless steel welded measuring cell, which eliminates the need for a soft sealing material that may deteriorate over time.

Futek Advanced Sensor Technology has released the PMP300 pressure sensor, with a rugged design that provides resistance to vibration, shock, large temperature variations, RFI and other extreme environmental conditions that are typical of industrial and OEM applications.

Performance and reliability are enhanced by the all stainless steel welded measuring cell, which eliminates the need for a soft sealing material that may deteriorate over time.

Typical applications include process control and automation, hydraulics, pneumatics and machine controls.

A standard signal output of 0-10V DC allows the PMP300 to be integrated into many existing applications.

Many custom signal outputs, process connections and electrical connections are available.

The printed circuit boards use surface mount technology.
