Futek Advanced Sensor Technology presents the intrinsically safe PMP500 pressure sensor.
Multiple intrinsically safe approvals include FM, ATEX, CE conformity and CSA to help support international shipments of OEM equipment designed with these transmitters.
The stainless steel, rugged construction features an all-welded measuring cell, improving the transmitter's media compatibility.
The compact design also makes the PMP500 suitable for industrial applications, including chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas refining, food industry, and mechanical engineering.
There are no internal soft sealing materials that may react with the media or deteriorate over time.
The compact case is also made of stainless steel and is available with environmental protection rating up to NEMA 6P/IP 68.
Other features include industrial 1/4 NPT male threads, 4-20 mA 2-wire output Din connector and 0.25 per cent accuracy.
