Prescale is a novel pressure sensitive film that can precisely measure pressure, pressure distribution and pressure balance and is suitable for a wide range of applications across a variety of industries from automotive to electronics.
Fujifilm used its advanced technology in colour film manufacturing to produce this revolutionary pressure measurement film.
Microcapsules in the film are broken which react with colour developing agents causing red patches appear on the film when pressure is applied, the colour density changes according to the various pressure levels.
Fujifilm is actively seeking distribution partners in the UK for this new and exciting product.
