Following its recent agreement with Reko, Flux Pumps is now offering the new Reko-Flux RFML series of heavy-duty ATEX 100a-approved air-operated diaphragm pumps in the UK.
Forward-looking designs, manufactured in high quality materials, ensure reliable operation in applications such as the chemical industry, surface treatment, electroplating, printed circuit manufacturing, and water/wastewater treatment.
Immersion lengths from 300 to 4000mm meet almost every application requirement, and the use of high-grade materials is combined with decades of design experience to guarantee a long service life.
Highlighted in the brochure are new F 640 PP and F 640 PVDF pumps in polypropylene or polyvinylidenfluoride for transferring corrosive liquids at up to 40m3/hr in stationary or portable applications.
The construction provides the ultimate in stability, preventing elongation of the plastic at high temperatures and ensuring the integrity of the mechanical seal.
These pumps are just two of the F 620/F 640 ranges, which provide vertical and horizontal options and a variety of materials alternatives.
Also featured are robust F 700 range sealless units, designed for continuous use in stationary applications.
A choice of materials options satisfies requirements to handle neutral or corrosive liquids in a wide variety of applications, with flow rates to 74m3/h.
Three-phase motors are available as matched power units with ratings from 0.37 to 5.5kW, protected to IP55 as well as explosion proof to EEx e II T3 for selected models.
