Alarming performance from weighing scales
Adam Equipment has introduced a new range of industrial weighing scales to suit the needs of a wide variety of industries from building supplies to electronics manufacturing.
They are available in manual or motorised load control versions and test results can be output as analogue displays or via built-in printers and statistics packages.
Foundrax also now offers the 2000 series of Rockwell and Vickers hardness testers from US-based Wilson Instruments, inventors of the Rockwell hardness test.
Available in regular, superficial, twin and micro Rockwell models, Wilson 2000 series units feature closed-loop electronic control, along with direct mounting of the load cell on the indenter to eliminate errors.
The testers comply with both ASTM and ISO and provide unmatched accuracy achieving gauge repeatability figures of better than 5%.
Wilson 2000 series units also complement the addition of Foundrax-Wolpert Vickers and micro Vickers hardness testers to the company's established VX Vickers and MX micro Vickers/Knoop test equipment ranges.
Ideal for evaluating the hardness of small parts, thin materials or wire, coatings and performance case depth variations, Foundrax-Wolpert Vickers testers are offered with analogue or digital microscopes, motorised turrets, built-in printers and statistics packages to suit a wide variety of application requirements.
A further new range of Foundrax-Wolpert universal hardness testers delivers reliable and robust operation in both shopfloor and laboratory environments.
Providing Vickers, Brinell or Rockwell measurement results, these versatile and flexible machines are available in either a traditional Olever and weight configuration or with closed loop control technology for maximum accuracy and repeatability.
