Lexan DMX films can be easily thermoformed to a 35mm draw depth and lend themselves to IMD and printing.
The film also offers salt water and isopropanol resistance, a uniform coefficient of thermal expansion and a low yellowness index There are currently two grades of Lexan DMX film available: Lexan DMX 1HD00-112 film and Lexan DMX 1HDA3-112 film.
Lexan DMX 1HD00-112 film is polished on both sides while Lexan DMX 1HDA3-112 film is polished on one side and matte on the other.
