Ergolett ESD motorised light-duty workstations from GBP Ergonomics of Swindon are helping many manufacturers to increase productivity, improve quality and enhance workplace morale.

These ergonomic units are ideal for the majority of light engineering or electronic assembly activities, and are extensively and easily adaptable to individual operative needs and different tasks.

This makes them especially suited to production lines that operate in shifts with regular changes of personnel.

Ergolett ESD workstations are approved by the Swedish Test Institute and meet the requirements of IEC61340-5-1 and EN100015-1.

GBP Ergonomics manufactures them initially as basic units that incorporate motorised height-variable work frames.

To these, a comprehensive selection of accessories can then be added to suit the specific tasks to be carried out.

Such fitments might include perforated fixing uprights, shelves, shelf dividers, footrests, perforated panels and fixing hooks, lighting, flexible arms, box cassettes, plastic storage bins, energy panels, seating, rubber bench mats and other items.

GBP Ergolett ESD workstations, 1420mm wide and 780mm deep, are finished in either beige or ESD coatings.

They are rigidly constructed to provide years of superb service.

Simply connected to a mains (220-240v AC) electricity supply, the transformed 24V DC twin motor drive provides worktop height adjustment from 650 to 1050mm by pushbutton control.

Standard adjustment speed is 18mm/s.
