The DPI 150 is a new-generation precision pressure indicator that combines the latest developments in sensing and microprocessor technologies.

The DPI 150 is a new-generation precision pressure indicator that combines the latest developments in sensing and microprocessor technologies.

Developed by GE Druck, the DPI 150 includes the company's latest intelligent digital output sensor (IDOS), packaged in a highly compact bench or panel-mounting instrument.

Extremely competitively priced and simple to use, the DPI 150 delivers a measurement precision/stability performance usually associated with laboratory reference standards.

The DPI 150 builds on GE Druck's 30 year pedigree of successfully producing intelligent user-friendly instruments to meet the varied and exacting needs of the industrial pressure measurement user in a diverse range of worldwide industries and applications.

It is ideal for use as a general indicator or as a calibration/service laboratory standard.

The high accuracy and long term stability improve productivity and reduce cost of ownership.

"The DPI 150 is a significant addition to our wide range of pressure instrument products", said Gilles Boisseau, President of GE Druck.

"It sets a new standard in performance and value for high precision applications, allowing the widest range of customers to benefit".

Pressure ranges span from 25mbar up to 200bar and external sensors can be supplied for remote monitoring where required.

Precision is typically 0.01% full scale (0.03% below 700mbar) and this includes the combined effects of nonlinearity, hysteresis, repeatability and temperature effects from 18 to 28Cc Long term stability is 100ppm reading per year.

A precision barometric reference option offers 0.15mbar precision and long-term stability.

The high-contrast backlit LCD offers a full 6-digit scaling with choice of 24 user selectable pressure units.

User interface is by means of a simplified, menu-driven keypad and standard RS232 (SCPI protocol) communications; also IEEE488/analogue options.

The DPI 150 is compact at just 185 x 75 x 195mm.

This makes it ideal for portable/benchtop use or alternatively for panel mounting using a standard kit option.
