GE Sensing announces software that simplifies calibration management in the field, workshop and laboratory.

GE Sensing has announced software that simplifies calibration management in the field, workshop and laboratory.

This helps users improve productivity by tracking assets, scheduling tests and automating the calibration process.

The Intecal software is compatible with the company's calibrator portfolio, including Druck and Ruska portables and pressure controllers, plus other device that uses the FCinct field calibrator interface.

Intecal replaces several existing software programs, such as Intecal-W and Calmanager, to provide one package for calibration management in all environments.

It can automatically schedule calibration requirements, generate calibration procedures and document test results.

It lets users rapidly automate, manage and streamline the workload for testing and calibration of most types of pressure sensor, transducer, transmitter, gauge or instrument.

Calibration schedules, procedures, results and certificates are stored in one place for easy access and secure archiving.
