GE Fanuc Automation (UK) has appointed Canongate Technology, the specialist instrumentation supplier and system integrator for the process industry, as a GE Fanuc Fastrac Partner Systems House
GE Fanuc Automation (UK) has appointed Canongate Technology, the specialist instrumentation supplier and system integrator for the process industry, as a GE Fanuc Fastrac Partner Systems House category.
According to Dave Nuttall, Canongate Technology's Business Development Manager for Process Automation, "This joint venture will offer us greater opportunities to expand our Process Control business throughout the UK.
It recognises our success in the food, beverage, chemical and general process industries, which has developed from our origins as internal system integrator of a large UK brewing company." Chris Milburn, UK and Ireland Sales Manager for GE Fanuc's Automation Equipment and Factory IT Division, added, "We are pleased to formalise this mutually beneficial commercial partnership as it will build on Canongate's years of successful installation of GE Fanuc PLCs and HMI systems throughout Scotland and other parts of the UK and mainland Europe".
