Software and services firm moves corporate headquarters to accommodate growth fuelled by increased customer demand.

Geomagic, based in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, USA, has moved its corporate headquarters to accommodate growth fuelled by increased customer demand for its software and services.

The move was completed on 27th March.

Part of the new facility is an improved training centre equipped with the latest workstations, 3D scanning hardware and the Geomagic digital reconstruction and computer-aided inspection software.

The centre will be used for customer training sessions and Geomagic-hosted technology conferences.

The facility's dedicated technology laboratory will let the firm make use of advanced scanning technology in a secure research and development environment that is also available for consulting, implementation and other digital shape sampling and processing services for customers.

The offices are on the third floor of the Cape Fear Building of the Progress Center at 3200 Chapel Hill-Nelson Road (Highway 54), Cape Fear Building, Suite 300, Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, USA 27709.

The company's telephone numbers and mailing address remain the same.

"The need for this new facility highlights our aggressive growth path, made possible through the hard work and dedication of our staff and industry partners", said Ping Fu, Chairman, President and CEO of Geomagic.

"I am grateful for all they have contributed".

A formal open house is planned for this summer, to be combined with the Geomagic 10th anniversary celebrations.
