Gems Sensors' FS-380 Series flow switch delivers an operating pressure of up to 68bar and requires only 150 micron filtration - since it is less susceptible to clogging than other switches

Gems Sensors' compact flow switch, the FS-380 Series, delivers an operating pressure of up to 68 Bar and requires only 150 micron filtration - since it is less susceptible to clogging than other high-pressure in line flow switches.

Offering flow rate settings of 1.0 to 7.6 L/Min, the FS-380 performs with a low 140 millibar at 12 L/Min pressure drop.

Set point accuracy is +/-20% maximum, with a set point differential of only 20% maximum.

It operates in temperatures ranging from > -30C to +125C.

The FS-380 is available with either a brass or stainless steel housing with 3/8" NPT connection ports.

Other wetted parts include a one-piece magnetic PPS composite piston equipped with a 316 stainless steel spring, and fluorocarbon o-ring.

The unit's hermetically sealed, magnetically actuated SPST reed switch is rated at 20VA, whilst electrical termination is 22 AWG with 0.6 metre Polymeric leads.

Extremely rugged in construction, Gems Sensors' FS-380 flow switch is ideal for high inline pressure applications such as industrial cleaning equipment or high-pressure lubrication systems.
