Gems Sensors and Controls has expanded its fluidic system engineering and manufacturing capabilities for custom, engineered solutions, fluidic modules and integrated sub-assemblies.
More and more OEMs are asking for custom pre-assembled solutions that allow them to free up resources to focus on core competencies and help get products to market faster.
For over 50 years, Gems Sensors and Controls has been developing, designing and manufacturing fluidic systems, from simple components to complex systems.
As a preferred supplier of level, flow and pressure sensors, solenoid valves, pumps and related sub-assemblies, Gems combines an array of intelligent sensors, lean manufacturing tools and ISO-certified processes to increase efficiency, productivity and quality.
Each custom sensor, control, sub-assembly and system is designed and built with design for Six Sigma tools and processes, eliminating product and process variation at every stage of manufacturing.
