The U-shaped PSS magnetic reed switch actuated position sensor from switching, sensing and control specialist Gentech International features fixed poles for easy set-up and adjustment in a variety of applications.

The reed switch/magnet assembly is designed for vane or shunt operation, a metal vane interrupting the magnetic field of the sensor to open or close the switch.

Fully encapsulated in Nylon 6.6 to IP65 standards, the Gentech PSS sensor gives reliable, repeatable operation and can be terminated via cable or spade/fast on connections, depending on customer requirements.
