The VCS 05-06 vertical compact liquid level sensor from Gentech International is now available with Nylon 6.6 housing for use in a wider range of fluids.

The Nylon 6.6 construction makes the VCS 05-06 ideal for use in fuel, alcohol and many other chemicals, giving designers and engineers more application options.

Measuring less then 60mm (21/2") in length, with 22mm diameter Nylon 6.6 float, the VCS 05-06 liquid level sensor offers high or low level sensing with normally open or normally closed operation via float reversal.

The sensor is designed for internal fitting with 1/8" NPT taper or M8 x 1.25mm thread.

Operating temperature range is -30C to +70C with an initial contact resistance of 0.25 ohms, maximum contact rating of 100Vdc, 250Vac, 1 amp, 1.5 watts and proven reed switch reliability up to 15 watts.
