The "no moving part" FMS-01 ultrasonic flow meter is specially developed for low-cost applications such as beverage delivery, heating systems, chemical dosing and water purification.

The Gentech FMS-01 uses ultrasonic emissions to measure volume and flow rate and has no moving parts, so it will not clog or jam.

The sensor is also unaffected by contaminated fluids, guaranteeing a longer life.

Ultrasonic technology ensures performance over a wide range of fluids with automatic viscosity compensation and has an operating temperature range of -10 to +85C.

Featuring push-fit connection via 0.375in BSP as standard, the flow metering range is 1-20 litre/min, with accuracy of +/- 3% and linearity of +/-1% over the range.

With a response time of better than 0.4s, and a pulse output of 0-5V pulses of 2ms duration and 752 pulses per litre, the device has a low pressure drop of 0.4bar at 20 litre/min.
