The new GE Panametrics PM880 handheld portable hygrometer can be seen for the first time in the UK on stand 1E50B at Total Processing and Packaging.

The new GE Panametrics PM880 handheld portable hygrometer can be seen for the first time in the UK on stand 1E50B at Total Processing and Packaging It introduces a versatile and accurate means of moisture measurement in industrial gas or hydrocarbon liquid applications

It is ATEX certified Intrinsically Safe to EEx ia IIC T3.

This complete, easy-to-use system is small and lightweight, yet rugged with an IP67 rating.

Its large backlit LCD shows real-time or logged data in text or graphics format.

All common industrial moisture units are available, including degrees Celsius, dew-point, ppmv, ppmw and lbs/MMSCF with live correction for variable pressure and temperature via GE Panametrics multifunction probes.

A powerful internal data logger stores up to 60 log/site files and over 100,000 moisture data points.

A built-in infra-red port allows wireless transfer of data to and from a PC for detailed analysis and reporting.

An internal rechargeable battery pack provides 15-24h depending on use.

Simple site parameter programming is performed via a graphic user interface using a rubberised 25-key keypad and soft-function keys.

Convenient online help functions are included.

The instrument comes with a durable soft carrying case with handle and shoulder strap that accommodate a sample system, flexible hose, probes, battery charger and other accessories.
