In order to be able to offer an after-sales service that meets the increasingly tough requirements of customers, Giuliani has set up a new Technical Customer Service
In order to be able to offer an after-sales service that meets the increasingly tough requirements of customers and the ever-greater complexity of their products, Giuliani has set up a new Technical Customer Service (STC) to carry out Technical Service including Technical work on customers' premises to rapidly solve all problems of a technical and functional nature; Training and technical documentation; and Drafting of technical documentation on machinery and training of personnel sent by the customer during testing of special machines and transfer machines to help customers get the very best out of Giuliani products right from the start The STC team consists of skilled technicians with many years of experience with Giuliani machines

- Allen Bradley PLC (GMC system for axis control is exculuded).
- Siemens PLC and CNC.
