Users of the GlobalSpec.com website will now be able to link directly to Findfast Online, First Index's web-based marketplace for custom-made components
In an effort to expand the capabilities offered to the users of its system, GlobalSpec, the Internet's leading product discovery gateway for engineers, has announced a partnership with First Index.
Users of the GlobalSpec.com website will now be able to link directly to Findfast Online, First Index's web-based marketplace for custom-made components.
Engineers and technical buyers can submit RFQs and RFIs to over 10,000 suppliers in the custom manufactured markets such as machining, casting, forging, sheetmetal, medium and heavy fabrication, plastic molding, and electronics.
The partnership also provides users of First Index easy access to SpecSearchsm, GlobalSpec's proprietary component specification system.
SpecSearch allows engineers to search for components using parameters based on engineering specifications; search results include only relevant products.
