The awards, announced at the Dorchester Hotel, Park Lane, London, are designed to encourage and reward high standards and innovative working practices in UK companies, while setting a benchmark for running a successful and competitive business.
Gripple, based in the Old West Gun Works, Savile Street East, Sheffield, won the Manufacturing Advisory Service Award for Manufacturing Excellence Overall title and the RSM Robson Rhodes Award for Manufacturing Excellence Best Small or Medium Enterprise title.
In addition, it was commended in two of the nine categories for which it had been short listed.
Managing Director Chris Middleton, who accepted the award with company founder and Executive Chairman Hugh Facey, said he was thrilled with the success: "This award is a great achievement for the company and testament to the hard work of everyone at Gripple week in, week out", said Middleton.
"The judges told us we won the overall category by some margin and that we had done exceptionally well in all categories".
