The world's most complete package of industrial lubricants and services is described in a new full colour brochure from RW Greeff, Dow Corning's UK and Ireland channel partner.
The eight-page brochure describes the "Dow Corning fluid consolidation programme".
This new product range is designed to reduce overall maintenance costs, simplify the purchasing process and extend equipment life when compared to using a mix and match of competitive products.
The Molykote total lubrication package from Dow Corning comprises a range of high performance industrial lubricants including synthetic and ultrapure hydrocracked mineral oils, speciality greases, compounds, pastes, antifriction coatings and dispersions.
The lubricants are supported by sophisticated lubrication management software if required and an integrated oil analysis service to yield an unrivalled, consolidated source of lubricant supply and expertise.
The brochure contains details on 42 different oils with a range of viscosities covering all major plant applications, including products approved for use in the food processing industry.
Tables detail the specific properties for each of the 42 new oils in the Molykote range.
The portfolio includes hydraulic, gearbox, chain, air compressor, vacuum pump and ammonia compressor lubricants, as well as multipurpose and special purpose oils.
Aside from product details, the brochure also details how the Dow Corning fluid consolidation programme works and how it can benefit customers by delivering better return on capital investment through longer machine lifecycles and extended fill intervals.
Additional benefits described in the brochure include streamlined inventory that can eliminate products with similar properties, improved preventative maintenance through integrated oil analysis and greater equipment performance resulting from the careful selection of quality lubricants, giving more effective maintenance through better informed decision making.
